Photography Services

All photography session fees are non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to:

• Portrait sessions

• Event coverage

• Brand or commercial photography

Fees paid through online checkout, booking confirmations, or written agreements are subject to this Return & Refund Policy regardless of whether a formal invoice is issued.

By booking a session, you are reserving time, preparation, and professional services that cannot be recovered once scheduled.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to scheduled session.

• One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability.

• Late cancellations, rescheduled requests outside the allowed timeframe, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Digital Products

All digital images, online galleries, and downloadable files are final sale and non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of digital products.

Prints & Physical Products

If you receive a print or physical product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Replacement will be offered when applicable.
